Introduction: Acromegaly is a rare disease caused by an increased secretion of GH, usually derived from a benign pituitary tumor. Women with acromegaly are usually infertile, because of tumoral hypersecretion, compression or surgical sequelae. We can prevent infertility with an adequate treatment.
